Junior UX/UI Designer
In 2021 I was hired by BIG as a full time Junior UX/UI Designer to work on projects across their three websites, the main one being Go Assist. My work consists of user experience design, user research, wireframe creation, email templates and responsive designs.
Big Warranties
Most recently I have been tasked with updating journeys across our insurance site, Big Warranties. This project lead me to do a complete redesign of the current Home Emergency Insurance journey across mobile and desktop.
Portal Redesign
I was tasked with redesigning a portal that the current Home Services engineers used to accept/decline new jobs, check on job status’ and keep track of their schedule. The current portal was outdated and confusing.
Landing page hero design
Creating an on-brand hero section which could easily translate across multiple landing pages. Each hero contains a grained greyscale image with labels surrounding it, showing the repair needs for the home services site.
Home Page Hero
This image brings together home in ‘your home matters’ to life, with the surrounding labels showing the websites main service types.
Payment Journey
This project consisted of adding a left hand panel with imagery and text to a payment journey, with the aim to increase lead to sale conversion.
