The aim of this project was to update the current Home Emergency Insurance journey which was out-dated and not converting well.
The current journey was overcomplicated and needed completely stripping back and starting again. My research began by looking into other Home Emergency Insurance journeys as well as getting inspiration from Behance and Dribbble about how best to tackle our journey.
The journey begins with taking the users basic information, name, email etc and then asking if they are a homeowner or landlord as this would effect their pricing options later in the journey. View the start of the journey via the button below.
